5' x 10' — 50 square feet
About the size of an average closet, this unit can generally fit a mattress set, sofa, chest of drawers, or about 100 file boxes.
10' x 10' — 100 square feet
The size of an average bedroom, this unit fits the furnishings of a one-bedroom apartment, along with appliances such as a refrigerator, washer, and dryer, or about 200 file boxes.
10' x 15' — 150 square feet
Slightly larger than an average bedroom, our 10' x 15' units can fit the full furnishings of a two-bedroom apartment along with a refrigerator, washer, and dryer — including a couch, chair, or about 300 file boxes.
10' x 20' — 200 square feet
The equivalent of a one-car garage, this unit can fit a three-bedroom house's furnishings along with major appliances, garage extras, boxes, and other miscellaneous items, or separate business files and inventory.
10' x 30' — 300 square feet
The size of a large garage, this unit can fit the furnishings of a four-bedroom home with appliances, boxes, and miscellaneous items, or even more business files and inventory than our 10' x 20' units.
Unheated units are available from 5' x 5' up to 12' x 45', and heated units range from 5' x 5' to 15' x 20'. Parking spaces are also available in 20', 25', 30' lengths.
